GUIDELINES




Complimentary parking is available on the front street
(Route 119) and in the parking lot behind the building.
To keep our atmosphere as relaxing as possible, we
request that you turn off or silence all cell phones and pagers
while visiting the spa. Please refrain from bringing small
children with you to your appointment.

Platinum Salon & Spa is a smoke-free environment.

All attire will be provided for you at the beginning of your
treatment session. Please keep valuables with you during your
visit at the salon.

The spa is handicap accessible. Located on the front side
of the building is a handicap wheelchair ramp.

We encourage you to arrive up to thirty minutes before
your scheduled treatment time. When you schedule an
appointment, we reserve a time just for you. Please be
courteous to your service provider and to the customers that
follow you by being on time for your appointment. If you
are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot
promise your full treatment time.

Gift certificates and spa packages are valid for 12 months
from purchase date. Payment is expected upon reservation or a
credit card number will be required to hold your reservation time.
Please present discounts, gift vouchers, and gift certificates at
the time services are rendered. Discounts do not apply to Spa
packages, promotions, special events or holidays. Treatments
and services are subject to change without notice.

Gratuities are appropriate for all salon and spa staff.
15 – 20 percent is standard and the range varies upon your
experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please
notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment time to
avoid any charges. If you cancel or reschedule within the 48
hour time period, half of all services reserved will be charged to
your credit card. If you are within a 24 hour time period, you
will be charged the full value of services reserved.
